The Mission of the TRANSPLANT COMMUNITY is a united effort to support UC Health in making the whole process of an organ transplant from the pre to the post a comfortable experience. We are diverse and dedicated individuals who support and recognize the UC Health Transplant program as a leader in its field. Our group consists of donor families, organ recipients, organ donor families, and staff. Our Mission is to constantly develop ways to improve everyone’s quality of life touched by organ transplants through awareness, education, financial support, and advocacy.
